The time is passing by so quickly for the last couple of weeks, that now we have to start eating our supplies, which we gathered in our kitchen for the last 9 months. Soon we have to say goodbye to Lund and go back home. In the meanwhile I’m going for a trip to Iceland and I cannot wait. We’re gonna rent the car and try to go around all island. This will be a once in a lifetime opportunity to sightseeing this amazing, incredible beautiful place on earth.
Going back to my chicken wings curry with broccoli… So the idea of this dish came to my mind totally unexpectedly. However the dish is super tasty, and even Sofia, who doesn’t like spicy food, ate all from her plate. That is what I call a success 🙂 Please enjoy and leave your comment below.
1 tsp hot paprika
1 tsp sweet paprika
pinch of salt
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
6 chicken wings
Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius degrees.
Wash and dry the wings. Cut them in the middle, when two bones meets. Minced the garlic, add it to the bowl with rest of the ingredience. Carefully mix the wings with the marinate. Roast the chicken for about 30 min.
On the saucepan fry onion and broccoli. Add the yellow curry paste and fry it together for 1 minute. Add coconut milk, oyster sauce and honey. Stir it and on cook it on the low-heat for at least 5 more minutes.
Serve with cooked rice.
