Chocolate chip cookies

I heard that today is the chocolate chip cookie day, so let me introduce you to the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tried. They are not too sweet, with delicious dark chocolate. But what else, than the best taste, can you expect from Linda Lomelino and her recipes at callmecupcake. I just adore her blog, and photos she takes. Yes, I’m in love. Last year for my birthday I even got her book with b’day cakes recipes. Each one I tried was wonderful, but as a typical Swede, she uses a lot of sugar, so I always cut it down a bit (if you prefer super sweet – use the numbers in brackets). Anyway, you should really try the cookies from this recipe, and you will never buy a premade ones again.

Bon appetit! 🙂
